PARENTS AS PARTNERS

Alpena Berean Christian school believes parents are the most important factor in a child’s educational experience. We view our role as a Christian school as an aid to assist parents in fulfilling their God-given mandate to “train up a child in the way he should go….” Proverbs 22:6



We strongly encourage parents to take advantage of the opportunities our school offers for them to participate in their child’s education through a variety of volunteer options. We will make every effort to maintain an open channel of communication between teacher and parent. Parent-teacher cooperation is one of the best ways to assist children in achieving their highest potential as we all work together on mutual goals and objectives. We encourage a strong parent/teacher association and look forward to working with every parent and child.
